ROCK N ROLL CIRCUS INFORMATION
Rock N Roll Circus is a multi‑day festival that combines the best of live music with circus performances, including acrobats, fire shows, aerialists and interactive workshops.

This year we are bringing the circus to multiple locations!
Rock N Roll Circus will be held at the Don Valley Bowl, Sheffield AND Earlham Park, Norwich. The location of customer entrances will be communicated nearer the event.
Norwich: August 20th - 23rd
Sheffield: August 27th - 30th
The 2026 Norwich edition takes place 20–23 August.
Sheffield takes place 27-30th August
Gates open at 4pm on Thursday & Friday, 1pm on Saturday & Sunday
Curfew for all Rock N Roll Circus shows is 11pm.
Last entry into the event is 9pm - there is no re-entry if you leave
We recommend public transport, please see details for each city below!
Norwich: From Norwich city centre including the train station, there is a direct bus (Line 25 & 26) to Earlham Park Gates. Please see the timetable here and the network map here . Plan you travel here
Sheffield: To get to Don Valley Bowl from Sheffield, we recommend the tram which has multiple stops in the city centre including Sheffield Train Station. There is a tram stop directly by the event site - Arena / Olympic Legacy Park
There is no re entry.
Yes. The event is open to all ages, though children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and under‑5s may attend free with a full‑price adult ticket.
No. On‑site camping is not available at the Norwich or Sheffield event.
Yes. Set times will be in the weeks leading up to the event, so attendees can plan their day.

Led by the local Circus school, offering everyone a chance to get involved and learn circus skills. Get inspired by incredible shows at Rock N Roll Circus and join us for drop-in circus skills sessions in our dedicated area.

A wide range of food options will be available on site, including all your local favourites, with something for everyone to enjoy throughout the festival.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Rock N Roll Circus
Yes there will be gluten free, vegan and veggie options available to cater to all dietary requirements.
Yes, there is a large range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available on site. You CANNOT bring your own into the event.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
We do not permit any alcohol to be brought on to the site. We have a great selection and variety to purchase from ales to cocktails across various bars.
Things you can bring:
- Cameras, film or video equipment (lenses must be less than 6 inches)
- Cigarettes for personal use
Things you can’t bring:
- Aerosols over 250ml
- Air horns and megaphones
- Alcohol for personal consumption
- All gas canisters of any size
- Animals (other than registered hearing dogs or guide dogs)
- Any item which may be reasonably considered as a weapon, includes any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person
- Audio recorders
- Camping equipment
- Cans
- Chairs
- Drones
- Flags
- Gazebos
- Glass
- Paper Lanterns
- Fireworks or Flares
If you are bringing a bag, it must be no bigger than an A4 size sheet of a paper otherwise it will not be permitted.
Yes, all bags may be searched on entry as part of our security procedures to help ensure a safe environment for everyone attending Rock N Roll Circus.
Yes. Rock N Roll Circus has dedicated security teams and qualified medical staff on site throughout the event to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees.
Rock N Roll Circus has a zero-tolerance policy toward drugs and illegal substances. Any such items are strictly prohibited on site and may be confiscated, with individuals refused entry or removed from the event.
The festival takes place under large circus “Big Top” structures, meaning performances continue regardless of weather conditions.
If you have lost something at the festival, please send details to info@rocknrollcircus.co.uk and we will endeavour to return it to you. We do not accept any liability for personal items taken into the Festival - items will be held for 30 days after the event.
Rock N Roll Circus is committed to having as minimal impact as possible on the community and local residents in the vicinity of the Festival.
