ARRIVAL PROCESS
Your assigned Artist Liaison will contact you on the morning of show. Please keep them updated with your estimated time of arrival.
Artist arrival is via the designated Artist Gate at Earlham Park (University Drive access). Accreditation should be collected from Artist Accreditation upon arrival.

If you experience any issues accessing the site, your Artist Liaison should be your first point of contact. Alternatively, please speak to a steward or member of staff and request that they radio Artist Liaison for assistance
DELAYS
If you encounter any delays that may impact your schedule, please inform the Artist Liaison team as soon as possible and continue to provide updated arrival times. Contact details for your liaison will be included on your itinerary.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Where possible, we strongly encourage artists and crew to use public transport when travelling to the festival site.
Norwich railway station is the city’s main rail hub. Taxis and regular bus services operate from the station to Earlham Park (approx. 10–15 minutes).
Frequent bus services operate between the city centre and the University of East Anglia / Earlham Park area. Norwich Bus Station is located in the city centre.
VEHICLE ACCESS
All parking requests must be approved in advance through the advancing process. Unauthorised vehicles will not be granted access to site. All artist & production vehicles should arrive on-site via University Drive, where access to the Production Area is via the access road on the right hand side.
All large vehicles must pull into the Bus Lay located here W3W: ///expert.plot.bake – Once you are here you must contact the onsite contact to arrange access.
There is no access for artist vehicles before 06:00 on the morning of the show; space in the backstage area is tight and vehicle access to the back of house area will be restricted during both load-in days and show days.
Important Note: Trucks and vans must move away from the rear of the stage when no longer loading or unloading; we are operating a tip & go policy unless agreed in advance with the Technical Production Manager - all artist vehicles must be clear of site after the show by 03:00 at the latest.
PARKING & BACKSTAGE MOVEMENT
Artists should arrive via the designated Artist Gate (University Drive access) and collect accreditation upon arrival.
Once accredited, artists requiring equipment drop-off will be issued with a temporary drop-off pass (subject to prior agreement with Festival Production Management). After unloading, all vehicles must relocate to the Artist Car Park, located adjacent to the accreditation area.

Parking can be arranged for touring vehicles; please submit a list of all vehicle types and registrations to the production team in advance. Please submit your parking information to XX??/ALEX
PRODUCTION VEHICLES
Only essential, pre-approved production vehicles will be permitted access to the event site. All other vehicles operate on a drop-and-go basis only.
Vehicles without prior approval must not attempt to access the site, as entry will be refused.
All vehicles that need access to the loading dock can be arranged with to techprod@lfxevents.co.uk
- 32/1 tour bus power will be available in the designated tour bus parking for up to 3 buses per night.
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
All artists and approved vehicles will exit via the designated Artist Gate at University Drive unless otherwise directed by Event Control.
LOAD IN / LOAD OUT
The main stage is provided with a loading ramp down to a loading dock, trucks will be able to reverse directly up to the dock to unload. A crew of 8 stage hands will be provided for loading in & out, with 6 stop-ons for the show.
