STAGING
Main stage
The stage is a 18m x 14m Layher scaffold stage with a Layher Event Deck non-slip performance surface.
The available performance space is approximately 14m x 10m, with additional 4m x 14m wings at both stage left & stage right.
- the stage will include a ramp down to a loading dock and treads to both wings
Access Viewing Platform
- 10m x 4m Platform at 4ft height c/w DDA compliant ramp and handrail as required.
FOH Platform
-6m x 4m tiered Platform half at 2ft and half at 1ft height.
PRODUCTION RISERS
12 of 8ft x 4ft Litedeck
2 of 8ft x 2ft Litedeck
- a range of leg heights and locking wheels area also available

AUDIO
FoH System
The mixing position will be located approximately 40m from the downstage edge, with a competent English speaking FOH Engineer provided. The audio system will be comprised of the following equipment: .
Speakers Main System - 10x d&b KSL (Per Side), Array Processed - 12x d&b SL-Subs - D&b Y7P & V7P Fills.
Control - DiGiCo Quantum 326 Pulse - DiGiCo SD-Rack, 56 Input, 40 Output, 16 AES Output
NB – We can accommodate guest consoles patching into our line & monitor system, at FOH we can accept AES & Analog into the house PA on XLR. We will provide a guest multicore package consisting of: 2x HMA Fibre 2x Opticalcon Duo 4x CAT6A on Ethercon

Monitor System
A full professional grade monitor system will be provided complete with a fully competent, English speaking Monitor Engineer.

​Backdrops & Video section needs to be changed to say - We do not have the facility to hang backdrops on any of the stages. We have a 7x4m upstage LED wall, we can display backdrop images digitally, please ensure all visuals are sent to techprod@lfxevents.co.uk
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
We have a level of 96dB as a limit at FoH to help prevent disturbance to the surrounding residential areas.
We have employed a noise consultant to create an in-depth noise management plan and we have also conducted extensive research, including noise propagation in order to model the off-site results and effects of the concerts. We would like to assist all of our artists and their production teams in achieving the best possible audio experience for their audience. We ask that you also do the same, and work with us to handle the noise management on site in a positive way
SHOW STOP
The event is operating a RED CARD show stop procedure. Full details of the procedure will be provided on-site as part of the Security Briefing; please agree a suitable time with the Stage Manager.
RADIO FREQUENCIES
We do not provide RF booking facilities. If you are touring any RF channels please provide details and copies of licences a minimum of 14 days in advance to allow us to allocate and co-ordinate frequencies. For any support with RF please get in touch on techprod@lfxevents.co.uk
