Please ensure you have completed and uploaded your accreditation and vehicle pass requirements via the Rock N Roll Circus Artist Advance Form (click to complete the online google form). This must be completed and submitted no later than 20th August 2026.
All artists and crew members will be issued with an Artist Wristband, which grants access to the festival site on the day of your performance only.
Please note that stage access is strictly limited to essential working personnel. Security reserves the right to restrict stage access outside of your scheduled performance and changeover times.

GUEST TICKETS
Your Artist Liaison will confirm your guest list allocation during the advance process. Guest tickets are valid for the day of performance only and do not permit backstage access. Please note there is no guest parking available for this event.
Kindly complete the Rock N Roll Circus Artist Guest List Form (click to complete the online google form), including the full names and email addresses of all guests. The guest list must be submitted no later than 20th July 2026.
Guest tickets will be issued as e-tickets, and each guest must provide their individual email address to receive their ticket directly.
A £35.00 charity donation per ticket is required. All proceeds will go to the festival’s official charity partner The Big C.
