ARTIST LIAISON
You will be allocated a dedicated member of the Artist Liaison Team who will look after you before, during, and after your performance at Norwich Rock N Roll Circus 2026. They will meet you on arrival and assist in familiarising you with the site layout and your schedule for the day.
The Artist Liaison Office will be open throughout event opening times should you have any questions or require additional support.
Our aim is to ensure you have a smooth, enjoyable, and well-supported experience with us at Norwich Rock N Roll Circus.
RIDERS
Artists performing on the Main Stage will receive their full rider, subject to any agreed substitutions in advance.
Artists performing on Stage 2 will have access to their designated Green Room, which will include:

A selection of snacks (crisps, sweets, chocolates, fruit)

A selection of soft drinks and water
-
A selection of beers and non-alcoholic beers
Norwich Rock N Roll Circus is committed to reducing single-use plastics. We encourage artists and crew to bring reusable water bottles. Water coolers/standpipes will be available within dressing room compounds. Stage water will be provided in cans only.
CATERING
Artists performing on the Main Stage will receive catering within the Artist Catering area.
Artists performing on Stage 2 will receive one trader voucher per working personnel, redeemable with selected food traders across the festival site.
DRESSING ROOMS
Main Stage headliners will have full and exclusive use of the Headliner Marquee. A detailed backstage plan will be shared during the advance process.
Main Stage artists will have access to dressing rooms within the Artist Dressing Room Marquee, open from

Artists performing on Stage 2 will have access to dressing rooms on a rotating schedule. These spaces will be available prior to performance only and not for the full day. Your allocated access time will be confirmed during advancing. We kindly ask that all timings are adhered to in order to avoid disruption to other artists.
TOILETS & SHOWERS
Toilet facilities will be available behind dressing rooms and stage areas.
Showers are available for Main Stage artists only, with towels provided as per your agreed rider. We kindly request that all used towels are placed in the designated laundry bags and are not removed to tour buses.
ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
If any member of your touring party has accessibility requirements, please inform us during the advance process. Our Artist Liaison team will be happy to discuss and accommodate where possible.
GROUND TRANSPORT & ACCOMMODATION
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the festival, ground transportation and accommodation are not included.
